Refund Policy: No refunds are given for any reason whatsoever, although you can always transfer your pass to another person or a later festival date. The only exception to this is the “Let’s Do It Again” pass, which is refundable (minus Eventbrite’s fees) through the first day of the presenter reveal. After that, that pass becomes non-refundable as well.
